Sanctuary.

What word could I use,
To describe the most amazing place.
In what way could I describe,
Such an extraordinary expanse of space.

I want to say tranquil,
But it doesn't seem quite right.
It doesn't supply the clatter and clammer,
Maybe something harsher might.

The feel of the mornings,
Early and bright.
The view from the window,
Oh what a sight.

The burn of hard work,
The sweat and the labour.
The taste of the water,
Of which I do savour.

What word could I use,
To describe the most important place.
Somewhere I hide,
When my troubles I can't possibly face.
